Our spacious, newly updated townhome ‘The GreenHaus’ features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, as well as ample space for indoor/outdoor living. The convenient Mt. Pleasant location offers short driving distance to downtown Charleston’s wonderful restaurants, shops, and historic sites, the waterfront excitement of Shem Creek, and the area beaches of Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms. Combined with the neighborhood’s free ample parking, location and parking won’t be an issue here!

This home features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Upon entering you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking/kitchen essentials, and an open dining area off the kitchen with a high top dining table and six seats. Open to the dining area is a spacious living room with a large sleeper sofa with pillow top mattress pad for an additional guest or two, two bucket chairs, and a 50” HD TV equipped with streaming services such as Netflix, Sling Live TV, and more. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. A half bath and spacious laundry room with washer and dryer are also found off the living room.

The bedrooms, each with sumptuous linens and either a king or queen bed, are located on the second floor. The king bedroom features ample closet space, a large classic dresser with vanity mirror, and a newly remodeled en-suite bathroom. This beautifully remodeled bathroom features ample counter space, a large walk in stone/glass shower, and is shared with the second bedroom through hallway access. The queen bedroom is light and bright with plenty of natural light, and features a dedicated workspace at a cozy desk for all your work from home needs!

Outside and off the living room you’ll find the quaint backyard and comfortable outdoor patio area. Complete with furniture to lounge in (drink in hand!) and a gas grill for the perfect evening bbq, you will be enjoying the Lowcountry’s beautiful weather in no time!

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire two story townhome and backyard, easily accessible and well lit for your safety.
You can pull your car off the street and into marked parking spaces anywhere in the complex, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.

We give our guests space and are not on-site during guest stays, but do provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience. We are also available if you need anything at all during your stay, from giving you recommendations for things to do, to helping organize fun activities such as water-sports, boat rentals, massages, private chefs, helicopter rides, walking tours, ghost tours and more!

Baytree/Shem Creek:
Our home is nestled in the charming neighborhood of Baytree, part of the fast-growing town of Mt. Pleasant. Baytree has great old town charm, but is filled with natural beauty and modern convenience. It is centrally located near Coleman Boulevard and is bordered on one side by beautiful and historic Shem Creek which boasts some of the best seafood found on the East Coast. Shem Creek is one of the most iconic locations in the Charleston area. While it is still home to the last of the local fishing boats, Shem Creek is regularly frequented by kayakers, paddle-boarders, and sunset revelers who enjoy the lively scene on the water and dolphin watching! Our home is conveniently located close to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Cinebarre movie theater, and all the Shem Creek day & nightlife including some of my favorites like; The Shelter, Tavern & Table, Red’s Icehouse, Page’s Okra Grill, and Water’s Edge.

This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 9pm-8 am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the Township of Mount Pleasant Ordinance rules under Section 54-227.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Mount Pleasant, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
