Book with us and have the main floor of this bungalow all to yourself. Convenient central location and lightning fast wifi, great for short stays and/or long stays, well suited for travelling professionals and exchange students, or just a quick stop to rest before hitting up Banff National Park. With 3 bedrooms, a living room with free Netflix and Disney Plus, this is ideal for families looking for a comfortable and spatious stay. The laundry room is accessible through the kitchen door, down the stairs and on the left side, shared with guests in the basement. We also set up a play area for young children so you can get whatever it is you need to get done without having to worry about entertaining your kids. There’s a simple desk setup beside the TV if you need to work during your stay.

– Route 93 bus stop is about a minute walk, can also ride this bus first to get to 45 St Station (C-Train).
– The main floor features a full bathroom with complimentary shampoo/conditioner, body wash and other accessories stored on the push cart.
– The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking/baking basics as well as diningware and cutlery.
– A brand-new dishwasher is installed right under where the coffee station is.
– We even offer complimentary coffee, decaf, teas and hot chocolate for the little ones.

Here are some less desirable aspects that you may wish to note:
– The basement of this bungalow is another Airbnb listing, please expect normal level of noise from guests in the basement. Contact your host anytime if you have any concerns.
– Areas where you may see other guests not in your own group include: laundry room, backyard, deck.
– This home is not equipped with air conditioning, but that being said, it rarely gets hot in the summer months thanks to the shading provided by large pine trees in the front yard. We provide cooling fans for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite fast!

The main floor comfortably sleeps 6 guest with a king and 2 queen size beds. Additional folding mattresses available upon request for larger parties; accomodates up to 8 guests.

We understand the importance of catering to families with children, which is why we provide children’s play tent, along with a selection of toys and books for their enjoyment. To maintain a neat and organized space, please note that the play tent, toys, and books are now conveniently stored inside the closet located by the front entrance. Rest assured, this cozy hideaway, along with a variety of toys and books, are easily accessible whenever your little ones are ready for an adventure or some quiet time.

Once you stay with us, you’ll feel like you’re simply staying at a home you own!

During your stay, please park in front of the property as there are ample free street parking. Please note that the laundry room is shared with guests in the basement.

Glenbrook is a residential neighbourhood in the southwest quadrant of Calgary, Alberta. It is bounded by 26 Avenue S to the north, 37 Street W to the east, Richmond Road to the south and Sarcee Trail to the west.

Best way to get around Calgary & area is by car/taxi/Uber.

If arriving by car, please follow traffic signs and obey speed limit as there are many schools and playground zones in the area. There are loads of free street parking in front of and around the property. Please do not park at the back of the house as the parking space beside the garage is reserved for guests in the basement. For those without access to a vehicle, getting around is easy too. Route 93 bus stop is about a 1 minute walk from the property and Sb 45 St SW @ 33 Av SW C-Train station is also within walking distance.

There is a locking mechanism above the key pad lock on the Kitchen door, to access stairs leading to laundry room. For your safety, please remember to keep this manual lock locked at ALL times, except for when needing access to the laundry room. Thank you for your cooperation.

The garage is unavailable at the moment, but if you need to drop off your luggage prior to 4pm check-in, please contact your host and give at least a day’s notice before arrival.

  • • This is a NON-PARTY home. Excess noise is not permitted in this property. If your host find a party happening at the property, the booking will be immediately canceled, and NO REFUND shall be given. • No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana, or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. • Quiet hours are in effect from 10 PM and 7 AM Monday to Saturday. 10 PM to 9 AM Sunday and Holidays. • No food/drinks in the bedrooms. If violated, a fee of $50 will be charged. • Changes in the number of guests needs to be reflected on your reservation. • Any visitors should be cleared with your host before they're allowed to enter the property. • Please remove all footwear and place on the boot tray(s) provided. No shoes inside of the property. If violated, a fee of $180 will be charged. • Guest’s account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If the host cannot directly contact the guest on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to its beginning. Local area guests must communicate with the host prior to booking and state the nature of the visit. • The maximum occupancy on each floor of this property is 2 adults per room and total limit of 8 occupants, excluding minors, as identified in the Alberta Building Code. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person. Visitors must be cleared with me before coming over. • Alert your host immediately if anything breaks. I may not be able to fix it for the next guest if you don’t tell me right away. • Please treat the property with respect - please do NOT stain towels, use coasters on the furniture where they are provided and keep the place tidy. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure. • A late check out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 11 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations. • Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews or have less than 3 reviews averaging at a 4.5 rating or less out of 5 will be required to pay a $500 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check-in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of reservation if there is no damage to the property. • Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book the property on an instant booking basis and if, for whatever reason, the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled.
