You and your family will love the spacious, thoughtfully designed, and beautifully decorated bedrooms during your vacation in Canmore. This professionally cleaned and sanitized space features calming tones, warm lighting, and comfortable bed linens.

The primary bedroom features a 3pc ensuite, a brand new king-size bed, touch-switch table lamps with built-in USB slots , a 50” Smart TV and views of Rundle Mountain. Carefully selected decorations by our local designer bring the space together and exude a warm and cozy feel.

The second bedroom offers two solid wood single-over-double bunk beds and views of Cougar Creek and Lady MacDonald. Comfortably sleeps 6.

Master bedroom has it’s own 3 piece ensuite with shower. Another Full bath with bathtub is located in between next to the secondary bedroom. Complimentary towels and bath products are provided for our guests.

The comfy living space of this home makes it a perfect place for the whole group to settle in and relax. This home’s fully-equipped kitchen makes dining easy. We do not have laundry units inside the house but we do provide laundry detergent pods, iron and iron board so that you can keep your clothes fresh during your stay.

The lounge is a great open and airy place to relax and enjoy your favorite shows. A plush sofa, accent chairs, a puff, a stunning stone fireplace and a 50” HDTV with access to Netflix make this the perfect space to do so.
The stylish dining room has a solid wooden table, four modern faux leather chairs, a bench and two bar stools that could comfortably accommodate 8 people. It is a beautiful, bright room brought together by the attention to detail in the decoration and design.

Free parking is available right outside the front entrance and street parking is also available if you bring more than one vehicle.

Walking, biking, scootering and driving are best way to explore Town of Canmore. Please note that most street parking in downtown Canmore is paid parking.

The sofa is for sitting only as the pulled out bed is not broken. Please do NOT try to pull the bed out. If you do, you might not be able to put it back and our next guest will not be able to sit on the sofa. If this happens, you will be fully responsible for the cost to restore the sofa to a useable condition and all other cost that may occur if it leads to a cancellation of our next guests.   • House Rules Please carefully review the house rules listed below and please understand that we take our AirBnB business and these rules very seriously. We do this to ensure the next guest will receive the unit in the same immaculate condition as you did. Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund. By booking, you agreed to take responsibility for any other losses that we may incur due to any non following of the house rules that leads to us having to refund or discount the next guest. Check-in: After 4:00 p.m. (Self check-in with keypad); Checkout: 11:00 a.m. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. NO SHOES inside the house. Additional Rules Quiet hours are in effect from 10 PM and 7 AM everyday. Please remove all footwear at the door of the house. Shoes inside the property will be charged $180. This is a NON-PARTY home. Excess noise is not permitted in this property. If we find a party happening at the property the booking will be immediately canceled and NO REFUND shall be given. Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If the host cannot directly contact the guest on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to its beginning. Local area guests must communicate with us prior to booking stating the nature of the visit. No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana, or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. The maximum occupancy on this property is 8 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person per night. Visitors must be cleared with us before inviting them over. Alert us immediately if anything breaks. We may not be able to fix it for the next guest if you don’t tell us right away. Please treat our property with respect - please do NOT stain towels, use coasters on the furniture where they are provided and keep the place tidy. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure. Candles are decorative elements and not for regular guest use as they pose a significant fire hazard. Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 11 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations. Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews, or have less than 3 reviews average at a 4.5 rating or less out of 5 will be required to pay a $500 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check-in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of reservation if there is no damage to the property. Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. Fee Summary: Fees for disrespecting our AirBnB properties and violating these rules will be levied through the Resolution Center in accordance with the AirBnB Terms of Use.
