The home’s wood texture floor is complimented in the bedrooms by the use of gorgeous warm Persian carpets and soft rugs. The large built-in closets offer plenty of storage space that makes both long and short stays a breeze.

The primary bedroom is the most spacious with a stunning wooden feature wall that elegantly frames the king-sized bed, bedside tables, and elevated lamps. Carefully selected decorations bring the space together and exude a warm and cozy feel.

The secondary bedroom is a bright, airy space with a lovely turquoise feature wall behind the queen-sized bed’s light blue velvet headboard. The decorations are modern yet inviting, with complimentary colors throughout.

A third bedroom gives the kids their own space with a comfortable single bed and trundle. Spare bedding is provided for the trundle and the sleeper sofa in the living room.

A unique code will be given before your stay for access with keyless entry. Please note that we are in the process of renovating the basement and landscaping the yard, which may cause noise. We will do our best to keep the noise level down, but like to be fully transparent with our guests!

☀ Parking is available in the garage for one vehicle, with additional free street parking. Two exterior cameras have been installed on the front and back of the home that records video and audio to the cloud 24/7 for your peace of mind.

  • House Rules Please carefully review the house rules listed below and please understand that we take our AirBnB business and these rules very seriously. We do this to ensure the next guest will receive the unit in the same immaculate condition as you did. Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund. By booking, you agreed to take responsibility for any other losses that we may incur due to any non following of the house rules that leads to us having to refund or discount the next guest. Check-in: After 4:00 p.m. (Self check-in with keypad); Checkout: 11:00 a.m. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. NO SHOES inside the house. Additional Rules - Quiet hours are in effect from 10 PM and 7 AM Monday to Saturday. 10Pm to 9 Am Sunday and Holidays. -Please remove all footwear at the door of the house. No shoes inside of the property. - This is a NON-PARTY home. Excess noise is not permitted in this property. If we find a party happening at the property the booking will be immediately canceled and NO REFUND shall be given. - Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If the host cannot directly contact the guest on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to its beginning.
